Minor Crash Slowing Traffic On Fischer Boulevard In Toms River

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A small crash is backing up traffic on Fischer Boulevard Tuesday morning.

A witness shared photos of the crash, which was causing rubbernecking on the north end of Fischer. A minivan struck a utility pole; the witness said it was just outside the entrance of the Water's Edge condominium complex.
