Missed The Toms River Halloween Parade? Watch The Replay Here
More than 1,200 people marched in the parade, not including the marching bands, military and Scout troops, officials said.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — The 78th annual Toms River Halloween Parade stepped off at 7 p.m., with more than 1,200 participants plus eight marching bands, members of the military, Scouts and more.
There were thousands of people lining the route from Main Street to Washington Street — young, old and even furry spectators. They came in costume, munched on pizza, and cheered.
Not everyone was able to attend the parade, presented by Toms River Fire Company 1, so for those watching at home, we shared it as a Facebook Live event.

There are three clips: Two short ones, as my first plan was to offer snippets; and a third clip that is more than 90 minutes long and encompasses the remainder of the parade.
