State police said there are no serious injuries but one lane is closed.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A crash that left a car pinned in mid-air against the concrete barrier on the Garden State Parkway on Monday afternoon did not result in serious injuries, New Jersey State Police said.

The right lane and ramp at milepost 82 southbound, near the exit for Route 37, are closed and there are traffic backups in both directions, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation website 511nj.org.
