We have a great program, the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), that helps adults 55 and over obtain training and part-time community service work that will start you on the path toward financial stability. These assignments pay a minimum wage stipend and help you attain the self-esteem you may have lost through prolonged unemployment. Obtaining a job in these economic times is extremely difficult. But, working for the NCOA will help add to your resume - showing a future employer that you are working currently, something that companies take very seriously.

To be eligible, you must meet these requirements:

- Be Unemployed.
- Be 55 or older.
- Have Reliable Transportation.
- Be living on a family income of no more than 125% of the federal poverty level. If unsure, please contact us, and we will be more than happy to help.
