OCC And Toms River River Yacht Club To Host Major Regatta This Weekend

Sailing teams from 17 colleges will compete on the Toms River on Saturday and Sunday in the Middle Atlantic Intercolegiate Sailing Association Invitational Regatta.

The event is hosted by the Ocean County College Sailing Team and the Toms River Yacht Club. Racing will begin on both days in the waters directly south of the Toms River Yacht Club, according to an OCC press release.

The following intercollegiate sailing teams will be attending:

Ocean County College, Bucknell University, Christopher Newport University, Colgate University, Cornell University, Drexel University, Fordham University, Penn State University, Princeton University, Rutgers University, Stevens Institute of Technology, University of Pennsylvania, Washington College, William and Mary College, Saint Mary’s College, Stony Brook University, and the U.S. Naval Academy.
