Ocean County Moves COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Indoors Due To Heat

Extreme heat has prompted the Ocean County Health Department to move the vaccine clinic indoors for the remainder of the day.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — People who have appointments for the Ocean County Health Department's COVID-19 vaccination clinic will need to report to the health department's offices on Thursday afternoon.

The health department moved its drive-thru clinic from Ocean County College to the auditorium at the health department for the remainder of the day due to the extreme heat.

The clinic will operate until 3 p.m. at 175 Sunset Ave., Toms River.
