Operation Heading Back: The Arrested, Search Warrants, Charges

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Here are the charges for the 31 people who are accused of being involved in a massive drug trafficking network that operated in several counties in New Jersey. Of the 31 accused, 28 have been arrested and three are fugitives, authorities said.

Authorities executed 33 search warrants over the course of two days at sites in seven counties.

Seized in the raids were $848,481 in currency, 27 vehicles estimated to be worth $713,620; 20 loaded firearms including an AK-47; 1,800 bricks – 90,000 individual doses – of heroin, with a street values of between $50,000 and $70,000; 8.75 kilograms of cocaine with a street value estimated between $38,000 and $45,000; 100 pills of Ecstasy; 100 varied prescription pills; 6 pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of $3,000 to $3,500; additional amounts of edible marijuana items, and promethazine and suboxone, authorities said.

Here are the charges against the 31 individuals, three of whom are fugitives as of Friday, March 9. Possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia are both disorderly persons offenses:
