Parking In Seaside Heights? Feed The Meters
Parking fees in the borough have resumed for the year, so be prepared if you take a ride out to the boardwalk.

SEASIDE HEIGHTS, NJ — If the warmer days are drawing you to the boardwalk, borough officials have an important message: remember to pay the parking meters.
Metered parking throughout Seaside Heights is back in force daily and will be through Oct. 31, according to the borough's ordinances.
Under the ordinance, parking is $2 per hour on Ocean Terrace from Porter Avenue to Hiering Avenue; on all street ends from Ocean Terrace to the Boardwalk; on Grant Avenue between Ocean Terrace and the Boulevard; and in municipally owned and metered lots.

In all locations other than those specified meters are in effect from 8 a.m. to 4 a.m., 30 minutes per quarter, maximum of 20 coins for 10 hours, according to the ordinance.
In Seaside Park, the parking meters are enforced year-round as follows:

- May 16 to Sept. 15: 24 hours daily
- Sept. 16 to May 15: 10 p.m. Thursday to 7 a.m. Monday
In Seaside Park, parking is available along the oceanfront beginning with Parking Lot 1 between Farragut and Stockton avenues. Lot 1 is equipped with pay stations that accept coins, bills and credit cards. Lots 2 and 3 have meters that accept coins only. All lots are closed between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Parking is $1.50 per hour.
