The empty Bradless still stood as an eyesore and vacant storefronts awaited wrecking crews for a plan to totally revamp the aging mall into one with five self-standing structures, including a Staples, Shop Rite, and Spirits Liquors as confirmed tenants.
Down went the Bradlees with a crash. Next went the line of shops ending with the Its sign still stands on the Route 166 side of the property. Thereafter fell the old furniture store, formerly a shoe store.

The final destruction came with the that sat on the back of the property, before Jason's Furniture was destroyed.
Now only is open for business amid the frames of the new properties being built there. Into the fall, construction crews will build what the Dover Mall will become.

So far, we have Shop Rite in the rear again. A Spirits Liquors is planned toward the front, on Route 37. A series of tenants will line the Route 166 side.
