Poor Investigation on Deshon Johnson's Case by Essex County Prosecutor Office

Essex County Prosecutor Office Poor Investigation on Deshon Johnson's Case

Essex County Prosecutor handles NJ Transit pedestrian death cases cause by one of their bus drivers compelling information has been recorder on audio. This is a criminal lawyer statement witnessing how Essex County Prosecutor in Newark NJ did a poor investigation on Naomi son’s case to protect the county and state company bus NJ Transit. Also, how the prosecutor office broke Naomi son Deshon and her civil right for allowing Wilsome Romain Coach USA bus driver who killed Naomi's son to walk away a free man. The bus driver was operating NJ Transit bus 709 when he ended this young man's life. May you go to this link to sign Deshon Johnson petition on change.org www.change.org/petitions/stop-re…ke-deshon-johnson. A mother should not have to go through this. The law supposes to protect the victim not the criminal. The prosecutor office deem these type of cases  as fatality and bus accident when there is an innocent person life taken so the bus drivers will not be convicted with criminal charges. Also so they will not lose their jobs.
In true reality all of these cases should be trial under involuntary manslaughter or manslaughter depending on what state you live in or vehicular homicide.  Some of these bus drivers continue to driver reckless with ignorance and arrogant behavior because they know they will not go to jail or lose their jobs. Since the bus company protect the bus driver all the time.
Some of these bus drivers drive more than they supposed for overtime pay. The bus driver is not allowed to work 15 hours in the 24-hour period that is a violation of federal safety regulations.  Driving over the require hours is violated federal regulations commonly known as "10-hour rule" and the "15-hour rule." The 10-hour rule prohibits a bus driver from driving for more than 10 consecutive hours, after which he must take an eight-hour break. The 15-hour rule says a driver can be "on duty" no more than 15 hours in a 24-hour period. "On duty" is defined as both driving and doing any other task related to operating the bus ride. Some of these bus drivers speed around corners and there back wheel jump the curbs. There is a federal law that the bus supposed  to  turn at a certain radius going around the curb so the wheel will not jumping the curb. The bus driver break that law all the time and never be charged.
