Raindate? Ocean County St. Patrick's Parade Committee Eyeing Forecast
Parade officials said they are watching the weather forecast for Saturday and considering the possibilities.

SEASIDE HEIGHTS, NJ — With the possibility of rain in the weather forecast for Saturday, the Ocean County St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee said it is keeping an eye on the situation and considering the options.
In a post on the Ocean County St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee's Facebook page, parade committee president Tomas King said the group was set to meet Wednesday to discuss whether to try to reschedule.
"We ask that you please be patient as this is a difficult decision to postpone an event of this size and one we do not take it lightly," King said. "We would need to reach out to the local officials to confirm the alternative date."
