Saving Barnegat Bay One Person At A Time
Save Barnegat Bay will hold its annual Student Grant Program student presentations on Friday

The students in Save Barnegat Bay’s student grant program will present the results of their findings at 10 a.m. on Friday at the Tri-Boro First Aid Squad building on J Street in Seaside Park, SBB President William deCamp Jr. said.
“The presentations never fail to be interesting,” said deCamp.
The event starts at 10 a.m. and will run until about noon, he said.

This year’s students focused on topics like dunes, diamondback terrapins, bay bottom soils, Tices Shoal water quality and sea bass behavior, deCamp said in a SBB release.
“This is the best way to get a feel for this program, which is a great opportunity for students and for science teachers counseling them,” he said.
