Spring Break At Home? Enter Toms River's Spring 6 Photo Contest
The contest runs through April 8. Take photos at the township's parks and submit them for a chance to win a prize.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — If you're looking for a fun way to break up your spring break at home and give your kids a chance to burn off some energy, the Toms River United Sustainability Team is challenging residents to get out and get active in six of Toms River’s beautiful parks.
The Spring 6 challenge is offering more than $450 in prizes with categories including Best Individual Photo, Best Video, Best of All 6 Parks (photo or video), Fan Favorite (most likes) per age category for elementary, middle and high school students.
In addition, prizes for all around categories will be awarded for Best Promoter (most tags back) and Best Group/Team Picture.

To join the challenge and be eligible for prizes, go to the TRUST Facebook page @sustainableTRNJ, and sign up for the event by clicking “going” on the event page. Then visit Huddy Park, Castle Park, Riverwood Park, Silverton Park, Winding River Park, and Bayside Park this week.
Post your photos and videos according to the instructions and show the world your outdoorsy side. If you cannot visit all six parks, you will still be eligible for individual photo and video prizes.

The “Spring Six” Challenge is open to all ages, and individuals, families, businesses, youth organizations, civic organizations and all are encouraged to participate.
