Starbucks Opening In Toms River Thursday

Now we’ll hear terms like “Frappuccino” and “Grande” being thrown around Toms River, too.

A grand opening celebration for the new Starbucks in Toms River on Route 9 is planned for Thursday.

The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 2360 Lakewood Rd., or Route 9, In Toms River.

The celebration will include a ceremonial ribbon cutting by Mayor Thomas Kelaher, a Coffee Master presentation, Starbucks-handcrafted drink samples, La Boulange food samples and a raffle.
