Teachers, Education Services Professionals Honored By Toms River School

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Regional School District honored its teachers and education service professionals for the 2025-26 school year.

The honors are part of the Governor's Educator of the Year program, which highlights educators in every school in New Jersey.

Superintendent Michael Citta read a few words about each honoree as they were presented with their plaques and flowers. You can watch in the video at the bottom of this article from the school board meeting. The presentation begins at the 1-hour, 19-minute mark.
