To Walmart or Not to Walmart, on Route 37

After battling it out for years, the state Department of Environmental Protection and Walmart developers have presented a compromise in on the border of Toms River and Manchester, on Route 37.
Today's Question of the Day asks what you think of the plan.
The area is cited as habitat for a threatened species of pine snake, but scales down the parking lot of the proposed Walmart and forces the owner to protect and enhance surrounding pine forest.

We want to know if you think this mitigates the environmental concerns, or if you still hate the idea. Or maybe you just can't wait for them to build a new Super Walmart, agreeing with managers that the current Walmart near Bananier is overcrowded.
Perhaps you're concerned with how Northampton Boulevard will handle the additional Walmart traffic, or are glad another ratable is coming to Manchester. On the other hand, maybe you're concerned with the empty big box retail property that could be left behind, or just generally hate Walmart. Still, there's plenty of us who love Walmart and its scaled down prices and wide selection.
