TOMS RIVER, NJ — The threat of bad weather appears to be holding off, and with that, the 83rd Toms River Halloween Parade is ready to go.
The parade steps off at 7 p.m. at the corner of Highland Parkway and Main Street, marches down Main Street to Washington Street, then east on Washington Street to Hooper Avenue. Youth groups, high school marching bands, businesses and individual marchers are anticipated to take part in the parade that has been heralded as the second-largest in the world by Guinness World Records.
