TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Toms River man arrested in May on heroin distribution charges has been arrested again, after authorities say he continued to distribute heroin when he was released after the first arrest.
Gary Fox, 30, of Old Street in Toms River is being held in the Ocean County Jail, Toms River, in lieu of $60,000 bail, according to jail records.
Toms River Police Department spokesman Ralph Stocco said Fox was arrested in May after a monthlong investigation by the department's Special Enforcement Team led to the seizure of 80 wax folds of heroin and $740 in cash.
