Toms River Man Held On $62K In Unpaid Child Support
The man's arrest was among police blotter in Manchester; other Toms River residents arrested between Dec. 21 and Jan. 10.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester police arrested a Toms River man on an outstanding warrant for $62,734 in unpaid child support, according to police and jail records.
Robert Frandano, 44, was arrested Dec. 23 in Manchester by Patrolman Kyle Rickvalsky; the arrest was part of police blotter released in the last week.
Frandano is being held at the Ocean County Jail, Toms River, in lieu of $87,734 bail, including $67,734 in unpaid child support, according to jail records.

The following arrests of Toms River residents were reported by Wall Township police in Wall:
At 2:17 a.m. on Dec. 31, Patrolman McKay arrested Jose R. Londono, 35, of Toms River, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 near Sixth Avenue. After processing, he was released with a summons with a pending court date.
At 10:32 a.m. on Jan. 2, Patrolman Gramlich arrested Michael S. Longstreet, 28, of Toms River on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 34 near Airport Blvd. After arrest processing, Longstreet was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
At 2:33 p.m. on Jan. 4, Patrolman Spinapont arrested Andrew Ochenduszko, 32, of Toms River, on an active warrant out of Toms River for $350. After arrest processing, he posted bail and was released.
At 2:11 a.m. on Jan. 7, Patrolman Mason arrested driver, Jesse T. Stanley, 18, of Toms River, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on the Garden State Parkway South ramp near Route 34. Patrolman Mason also arrested passengers, Janire K. Bradley, 18, and Dashon M. Copes, 19, both of Toms River, on charges of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. After arrest processing, all three of them were released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
At 9:41 p.m. on Jan. 9, Patrolman Santoro arrested James A. Desalvo II, 23, of Toms River, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near New Bedford Road. After arrest processing, he was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institute on criminal warrant.
