Toms River Police Foundation Awards Scholarships
The funds were raised at the annual Jingle Bells Run last December.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Police Foundation made its annual scholarship presentations to students from Toms River's four high schools last week.
The presentations, at Toms River police headquarters, also included awards to local organizations. The scholarships and awards are funded by the annual Jingle Bells Run held in December.
Assisting with the presentations were Toms River Police Chief Mitch Little; Jim Everett, the foundation president and Jingle Bell Run race director; Joe Michelini and Bob Petruski, members of the Jingle Bells Run committee and Toms River Police Foundation board members.

Toms River High School East: Dyna Lawrence
Toms River High School North: Ryann Maier
Toms River High School North: Phoebe Sevilla

In addition, donations were made to the HOPE Center of Toms River and to Chariot Riders with funds raised by the TRPD Jingle Bells Run.
