Toms River Youth Services Hosting Annual 'Frozen' Ball For Kids
The event is for children ages 5 to 10 and registration must be paid in advance.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Toms River's Youth Services department will hold its fourth annual "Frozen Ball" in February, the township announced.
The event, for children ages 5 to 10, will be held Friday, Feb. 22, at the Youth Services building at 1505 North Bay Ave.
It will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and costs $15 per child. It is limited to 25 children.

There will be dancing, crafts, make your own cupcake, snow cones, face/nail painting and pictures with the princesses. Children are invited to come dressed in costume!
You must pay for your child prior to the event; payment can be made at the Toms River Youth Services building.
