Transition Fair Offers Resources For Special Needs Families
Hosted by the Regional Day School of Manchester Township Schools, the fair helps prepare for future for special needs adults.

If you are the parent, guardian or caregiver of a student with special needs who is nearing adulthood, you may be wondering what’s next for them, once they age out of school-based programs.
The Regional Day School of the Manchester Township School District is hosting a transition fair and workshop for parents, guardians, caregivers and educators of special needs students to give you some answers.
The fair and workshop will include resources to help prepare for the transition from special needs student programs to a life as an adult with special needs. There will be information on independent living, recreation, employment, financial planning, setting up guardianship, eligibility for various benefits, transportation options and more.
