US Marines Kick Off Toys For Tots Drive At Toms River Fire Co. 1
The annual holiday toy collection kicks off this weekend. Bring new, unwrapped toys for needy children.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — The U.S. Marine Corps will be holding a Toys For Tots collection event Saturday and Sunday at Toms River Fire Company 1 on Robbins Street.
The collection event aims to help kick off the holiday season for Toys For Tots.
New unwrapped toys for girls or boys can be brought to the fire company from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days, and the U.S. Marines will be on hand at the station to collect them for distribution on Christmas Day.

"Toms River Fire Company 1 is proud to support the Marines with this Toys For Tots event and we look forward to seeing you," the fire company said in a news release.
