We Want To See Your Halloween Homes In Ocean County
Halloween is creeping up on us quickly, and Patch is compiling its annual Scare Tour listing of decorated homes. Show us your spooky decor!

OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — The skeletons are climbing walls and towering over yards, and ghosts and ghouls are taking up residence all over the area, which means Halloween is rapidly approaching.
Patch is compiling its annual list of Halloween yard haunts that will make people stop and stare and maybe even scream. We're also interested in kid-friendly, whimsical Halloween-decorated yards.
If your yard is worth a drive-by this Halloween, send us an email. We will keep adding to the 2023 tour of haunted yards leading up to Halloween, which this year falls on Tuesday.

We prefer that the homeowner submit his or her own yard. Please include the following information:
- The exact address, including the town.
- The dates and hours when your display will be available for viewing, so people aren't ringing your doorbell or bothering your neighbors too late at night.
- Does your yard haunt have a name? Be sure to include it or we can help you make one up.
- Tell us about any special effects, live actors, walk-throughs or other features that make your yard haunt special. If you're collecting donations for a nonprofit, let us know.
- Does your display have a Facebook page or website? Be sure to include the links.
- Include a phone number (not for publication) in case Patch needs to contact you.
Send us a photo (or a few) of your haunt. Horizontal photos work best. Please don't send videos, but if you have videos of your home posted publicly to Facebook, send us the link to include.
