Motorists in some parts of New Jersey are being cautioned to limit their travel and use “extreme caution” in the face of a storm that's supposed to bring heavy rain and strong winds.

Below is a list of school closings/delays for Monday and Tuesday provided by News12 and other sources; we will add as news comes in:

  • Bloomfield College, Bloomfield, Early release at 6:00 PM
  • Chapel Hill Academy, Lincoln Park, Early release at 12:30 PM
  • Chapel Hill Academy, Lincoln Park, Early release at 12:30 PM
  • Golden Door Charter School, Jersey City, Early release at 12:15 PM
  • Gramon School & Glenview Academy, Fairfield, Early release at 1:00 PM
  • Hanover Park Reg., East Hanover, No PM Activities
  • Hillsborough Township Public Schools, Hillsborough, All after school activities are canceled. Aftercare in all schools will be closing at 5 p.m. Board of Education meeting is canceled and rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 30, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. in the Auten Road Intermediate School cafeteria.
  • High Point H.S., Sussex, No after school activities
  • Holmdel Twp, Holmdel, No after school activities
  • Home Away from Home Acad., Aberdeen, Early release at 4:00 PM
  • Honor Ridge Academy, Clark, Early release at 12:30 PM
