Jeffrey Livingston of Manchester is still wanted in the case, which involved a drug investigation.

Livingston, of Edinburgh Lane, who is 6-foot-4 and weighs about 180 pounds, was wearing a black T-shirt and black shorts when he ran into a wooded area near Washington Street and Whittier Avenue, police said.
