Make a commitment to meditate for 15 minutes every day from May 18 - June 1 with live, online guidance each day. Or use the daily recording to practice when it's best for you.
Do you have doubts or struggle to meditate consistently? Give yourself 15 minutes a day for a couple of weeks -- “test drive” this vehicle of awakening and ease.

You will get:
- 15 live guided sessions covering a range of approaches to meditation.
- Recordings available same day if you cannot join live. Use them to sit at whatever time is best for you. Recordings can be accessed until July 31.
- A daily email message with inspiration and encouragement.
- An Open Forum group session for Q&A and discussion about how practice is going for you.
Fee: This program is offered on a sliding scale, for as little as a dollar a day.
