BUTLER, NJ — 53 iPads worth over $20,000 were stolen from a Butler business earlier this week, Butler police said in a statement.
The tablets were discovered missing from Flying Connected Inc. on May 7, police said. There was no sign of forced entry, and a surveillance camera was been knocked off the wall.
Flying Connected Inc. is an iPad rental company that can rent the devices and accessories in bulk, according to their website.

After a three day investigation, a courier for the business was arrested. 19-year-old Steven Gomez, from Teaneck was charged with third degree theft and burglary. He was released pending his court appearance in Morris County Superior Court.
