New Patrol Officer Sworn In To Butler Police Department

BUTLER, NJ — The Butler Police Department recently welcomed a new officer to its rank.

Patrolman Ryan Card was publicly sworn in during a borough council meeting on July 22.

Card is a graduate of the Morris County Police Academy and has been completing field training with the department since June.

Officials said he has already made a positive impact and expressed confidence in his future in law enforcement.

Department leaders congratulated Card on reaching the milestone and welcomed him as the newest member of the force.
