A 27-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in Butler Wednesday after police stopped the blue 2006 Volkswagen Jetta he was driving was pulled over after police discovered the warrant.
Christopher Kent had an active arrest warrant out of Paterson Municipal Court for $200.
said the vehicle was stopped at about 11:37 a.m. by Ptl. Dimitri Clarke. Kent was arrested and transported to the Butler police station. He was able to post bail and was released. Sgt. Keith Soules assisted with the arrest.
