Burglars Scared Off In Kinnelon Monday Night: Police
Police are looking for three men who broke into a Kinnelon home but left when the homeowners started yelling.

KINNELON, NJ — Police are searching for three men who burglarized a Kinnelon home Monday night, but left when they saw the homeowners were home.
Police say the attempted burglary happened just before 8 p.m. on Monday on Woodchase Lane. The homeowners said they were upstairs when they heard two loud bangs at their front door, and saw "three short males wearing ski caps" in the foyer, police said. The door had been broken off the hinges.
The three men left the home once the homeowners started yelling at them, and drove away in a 2014-2016 maroon Nissan Altima with tinted windows, police said. They drove onto Boonton Ave to Route 23 away from the home.
