Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Ringwood Volunteers At Starlight Farms For Cares Day

RINGWOOD, N.J. – (June 4, 2015) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Ringwood recently volunteered at Starlight Farms in Ringwood for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Day.

Starlight Farms provides hippotherapy, a form of physical, occupational and speech therapy in which a therapist uses the characteristic movements of a horse to provide carefully graded motor and sensory input. Volunteers from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Ringwood cleaned up the trails for the spring and provided decorations along the trails for children that included flowers, banners, wind chimes, pinwheels, blow-up animals and more.

All 55 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. gave back to local communities throughout both states via charitable efforts as part of the third annual Cares Day event. Each office selected a Cares Day project, which included park clean-ups, pet adoptions, food drives, document shredding events, quality time spent with nursing home residents, and more.

In total, 637 affiliated Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents volunteered a combined 2,064 hours during Cares Day. They collected multiple carloads of food and numerous pet supplies, along with more than $6,600 in financial donations.
