Cynthia Grebenstein Appointed Branch Vice President Of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Kinnelon/Butler

Grebenstein is a 32-year resident of Morris County

BUTLER, N.J. (Nov. 18, 2015) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County N.Y., is pleased to announce that Cynthia “Cindy” Grebenstein has been appointed branch vice president of the company’s Kinnelon/Butler office. Grebenstein is a 32-year resident of Morris County and has managed the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Mountain Lakes for the last two years. In her new role, she will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 60 affiliated sales associates serving Kinnelon, Butler, Smoke Rise and additional communities throughout Morris County and surrounding areas.

“Cindy has been very successful in leading the Mountain Lakes office for the past two years. She offers invaluable guidance to sales associates, helping them to provide superior service to clients. I know she will continue her legacy of excellence at the Kinnelon/Butler office,” said Maxwell.

A former registered nurse, Grebenstein began her real estate career in the Morris County area in 1985 with Schlott Realtors, which was later acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. During this time, she also served as project manager for the Briarcliff home subdivision. Grebenstein served as an office manager for Coldwell Banker Schlott Realtors in Montville, then became an award-winning broker sales associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Between 2000-2013, she was broker/associate manager at the RE/MAX Properties Unlimited Realtors Mountain Lakes office and broker of record/owner of the Re/Max Superior Homes Mountain Lakes office.

Grebenstein was honored by New Jersey Realtors with the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award from 1996-2001, and was honored by New Jersey Monthly Magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2012 and 2013. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Realtors and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. She is a former Mountain Lakes resident and current Mendham resident.
