BUTLER, NJ — A Butler man who admitted earlier this year to burning down a diner for insurance money now faces DWI charges, Riverdale police said.

Ozkan Cengiz, 41, from Butler, was pulled over at 11:17 p.m. on Dec. 15 for a tail light out, police said. While running his information, he was found to have a no bail warrant from Passaic County for child support and a suspended license.

He was arrested and taken to headquarters. He was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and maintenance of lamps. He was turned over to the Passaic County Sheriff's Office.
