Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you are getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating! No previous dance experience is required. It's easy-to-follow and fun.
What makes my classes different.
EVERYBODY is welcome! Whether you are new to Zumba® Fitness, or have taken many classes, I teach to all levels. My classes are "judgement-free zones"...no rights, no wrongs...no judgements, just pure fun from start to finish. Plus, my students are burning an average of 500-1000 calories per class!
Teaching group exercise, especially, Zumba® has been my passion for over 25 years.
Are you looking for an easy-to-follow dance fitness workout that will leave you wanting more? I have been Zumba® licensed since 2008, AFAA/CPR certified and have 20+ years experience teaching group fitness too. I teach to all ages, sizes and fitness levels!

Thursdays: 7:00-8:00 PM Butler VFW
Saturdays: 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM Pompton Lakes Elks Lodge
