Kinnelon Girl Scouts Restore Hospital's Peace Garden
Troop 468's work helps gives breast cancer patients a peaceful place to spend time while they receive treatment.
Girl Scouts from Troop 468 in Kinnelon recently restored the Garden of Hope outside The Breast Cancer Center at Chilton Hospital for their Take Action project.
Another Girl Scout, Amanda Fierro of Pequannock, created the garden in 2007.
The garden is designed to give breast cancer patients a peaceful place to spend time while they receive treatment.
