Kinnelon Invites Community To Take Part In “Golden Hour Yoga” Event Series
The next session is scheduled for June 23. People can take part in an all-levels class focused on mindful movement and relaxation.
KINNELON, N.J. — A summer “Golden Hour Yoga” series returns to the town green at Kinnelon Borough Hall on Tuesday.
The eight-week yoga program runs every Tuesday and began on June 16 and will run from August 4 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The program is led by Sarah A. Armaghan, founder of Zehn Space Wellness, and is curated in partnership with the Kinnelon Recreation Department.
