Kinnelon Museum Reopens Sunday With Ribbon Cutting, Family Fun

The celebration at 25 Kiel Ave. runs 1 to 3:30 p.m. with a scavenger hunt, crafts and special exhibits.

KINNELON, NJ — The L'Ecole Kinnelon Museum will celebrate its grand reopening Sunday, June 14, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at 25 Kiel Ave., with a family-friendly afternoon of entertainment, tours and activities.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony kicks off the celebration at 1 p.m. The event will feature live music, a Mister Softee ice cream truck, a scavenger hunt, and kids' crafts and games with prizes.

Visitors can also enjoy docent-led museum tours and special exhibits, with participation from the Kinnelon Environmental Committee and the Kinnelon Volunteer Fire Co.

The celebration is presented by the Kinnelon Historical Committee and the Friends of the Kinnelon Museum, a 501(c)(3) organization. More information is available at KinnelonMuseum.org.
