Kinnelon Pizza Pasta Cafe: A Floppy Slice With a Tasty Bite

It's hard to miss when walking in the , in Kinnelon. Even when you're not hungry, the smell of hot pizza and the nicely displayed slices call you over to the other side of the plaza, the slices screaming "Eat me!"

After being taken over by new ownership last January, the restaurant has undergone a complete facelift, including a larger kitchen and more seating for customers. This is the kind of place you could bring your grandma-and they even have a specialty slice, Grandma Pizza, made just the way an Italian grandma would make it.

Other specialty slices include Buffalo Chicken, Honey Mustard Chicken, Supreme and Veggie.

Mile Camovsky is the manager at Kinnelon Pizza Pasta Cafe and Fernando Gonzalez is the chef who you see tossing pies in the front. "We use the best products," Gonzalez said of his pizzas. "They are handmade with love."
