UPDATE: Kinnelon Police Seek 'Suspicious' Vehicles

According to police, a witness said one male exited the car and walked around a home on Bayberry Drive. The car then fled toward Powderhorn Drive before police arrived on the scene.

"As always, please watch out for your neighbors and call KPD with anything suspicious," Chief John Finkle said in a Nixle alert set out Thursday morning.

Police are also seeking information about another suspicious vehicle seen on Cabot Lane in Fayson Lakes on Wednesday at 4:15 p.m.

According to police, a caller said two children, ages 8 and 11, were approached by two white males in a white sport utility vehicle. Police said one of the males asked the kids if they wanted candy and the children ran away toward their home. The SUV approached them a second time at that point, the male again asking if the children wanted candy.

Police said the vehicle then fled the area.
