Man Wanted For Murder In Pennsylvania Visits Butler Regularly, Report Says

BUTLER, NJ— A man wanted for murder in Pennsylvania is known to frequent the Butler area, the Daily Record reported.

Antoine William McNeal, 33, of Wilks-Barre, Pennsylvania is wanted by police for murder. Pennsylvania State Police say McNeal shot and killed Brandon Smith, 20, outside of Smith's Nanticoke City, P.A. home, according to the report.

McNeal is a frequent visitor to the Butler area, and to Rochester, N.Y. He has several tattoos, and is described by the paper as a 6 foot 1 inch tall black male weighing 170 pounds. He is missing his left eye.
