Over this past weekend, students from Traditional Okinawan Karate of Kinnelon, Traditional Okinawan Karate of Brooklyn and The New Paltz Karate Academy were tested for the rank of Sho Dan (First Level Black Belt). The 2 day test gave students the opportunity to demonstrate perseverance under harsh circumstances. Kanpai!!! To the New Black Belts.
