• Ex-teacher from Swedesboro loses credentials after fatal crash (thedailyjournal.com) — A former educator is serving a seven-year prison term for a July 2024 crash that killed 62-year-old bicyclist Douglas Nutt while he was riding in Upper Pittsgrove, and state officials have now permanently revoked his teaching credential. Authorities say he was allegedly driving under the influence with his young child in the car, left the scene, and later sparked a police chase before ultimately pleading guilty to vehicular homicide.
