CEDAR GROVE, NJ — Residents who need to visit Cedar Grove's municipal offices should plan around the holiday weekend.
The offices will be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day, according to the township's calendar.
The Municipal Building is located at 525 Pompton Avenue, where several township departments are based.
Garbage and recycling will not be collected on Labor Day, according to Cedar Grove's 2026-27 collection guide. Collection will resume on each household's next scheduled collection day.
Residents can check the township website for additional holiday announcements. The website also provides online links for paying municipal bills and traffic tickets while the offices are closed.
