American Heart Month is dedicated to helping others become more aware of keeping your heart healthy and the causes and prevention of heart disease. During an interview with Waterview Center Cardiologist, Dr. Erroll Williams, he shared a few important tips to help keep a healthy heart. He states "1. Get moving.
