Cedar Grove Elks Club Holds Memorial Service For Passed Members

From Cedar Grove Elks #2237: The first Sunday in December, through out Elkdom, is dedicated to all of our Elk Members who have passed. On Sunday December 4, 2016, The Cedar Grove Elks Lodge #2237 held their Memorial Service. It is a tender significance in the hearts of all Elks and family members.

The Service began with songs and music played by Joe Biglin and Tom Casella Esquire. Exalted Ruler Dan Donovan welcomed the guests and Leon Dupas District Deputy gave the Invocation. The Roll Call of Absent Members was called by Dan Donovan Exalted Ruler. Sue Dupas PER and Tara Rossi placed the roses in a vase representing each absent member. The Eternity candle was lit by Tara Rossi. Approximately 50 members and guests attended the service. Breakfast was served after the service for all to enjoy.
