Cedar Grove Elks Put Together 21-Case Salute For Food Pantry
The Cedar Grove Elks recently pulled together and made a 21-case food donation to the food pantry at Little Falls United Methodist Church.
CEDAR GROVE, NJ — The Cedar Grove Elks recently pulled together and made a 21-case food donation to the food pantry at Little Falls United Methodist Church.
According to a news release from the Elks:
“We reached out to the members of the Little Falls United Methodist Church to see what items they needed of for their food pantry. They advised us they were in need of non-perishable food items. Using part of the funds from the Beacon Grant, a total 21 cases of food items were purchased. These items included pasta, sauce, rice, canned fruit and vegetables.”
Members of the church were grateful for the donations, the Elks stated.
