Cedar Grove Event: St. Catherine Carnival 2017
Summer is closer than you think, Essex County. Mark your calendars for St. Catherine of Siena's annual carnival.
CEDAR GROVE, NJ — Summer is closer than you think, Cedar Grove. The St. Catherine of Siena parish of Cedar Grove will host their annual carnival from Thursday, June 1 to Sunday, June 4, according to organizers.
The 2017 carnival is slated to take place:
- Thursday, June 1 to Saturday, June 3 (from 6 to 10 p.m.)
- Sunday, June 4 (from 4 to 8 p.m.)
According to a news release, this year’s carnival will include:

- Rides and boardwalk-style games with prizes
- Food court and Siena Ale house
- Katie’s Café (desserts and coffee)
- Kids World (“fun and games for younger children”) in an air conditioned Siena Hall
- “Wristband Thursday” (all you can ride ticket for $30)
Advance food court tickets, ride tickets and wristbands will be sold in St. Catherine’s Lower Church on the following dates:
- Tuesday, May 30 (from 9 a.m. to noon, and 3 to 6 p.m.)
- Wednesday, May 31 (from 9 a.m. to noon, and 3 to 6 p.m.)
- Thursday, June 1 (from 9 a.m. to noon)
Ride and food tickets will also be on sale at the gate throughout the four-day carnival.
