CEDAR GROVE, NJ — Cedar Grove emergency responders rescued a worker at the Arbor Glen Nursing Center last week when she became trapped in the frame of a patient’s bed, authorities said.
According to the Cedar Grove Police Department, emergency responders from the town's police and fire departments responded to the nursing home around 11:21 p.m. on March 9 after getting a report about a nurse “trapped in the metal linkage that raises and lowers the patient’s bed.”
Police said that the bed apparently collapsed on the nurse while she was attempting to lower it for the patient.
