Clara Maass Medical Center Presents "Counting Sheep to Get to Sleep"

According to the Better Sleep Council, half of Americans say they don’t get enough sleep. In honor of Healthy Aging Month, Clara Maass Medical Center is holding a free event called “Counting Sheep to Get to Sleep” for the general public on Thursday, September 17 at noon at North Arlington Health Department in North Arlington.
A Clara Maass Medical Center health expert will discuss healthy sleep patterns and the most effective ways to get a good night’s sleep, as well as all the benefits that come from receiving proper sleep.

“Counting Sheep to Get to Sleep” will take place at North Arlington Health Department located at 10 Beaver Avenue in North Arlington. Lunch will be provided. Register by calling the North Arlington Health Department at 201-955-5695.
